Ingredients
½ lb Cheese made from ewe's milk.
Feta cheese is better.
Honey
Olive oil
Garum
to taste
Pinch of ground coriander
Ground black pepper
Salt
Preparation
Cut the cheese into squares and combine with the honey. Allow to sit for at least an hour.
Lift the cheese from the honey and dress with the coriander, pepper, olive oil and the garum.
Check the taste and if necessary sweeten by adding some of the honey marinade.
This dish can be eaten with the fingers or the cheese can be put on thin toast squares.
