- 3 tbsp (45ml) honey
- 4 eggs
- ½pt (275ml) milk
- 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
- Mix together the eggs, milk and oil.
- Pour a little oil into a frying pan and heat. When it is sizzling add the mixture.
- When thoroughly cooked on one side turn out on to a dish.
- Warm the honey and pour it over the omelette.
- Sprinkle with pepper and serve
