- 10 quinces
- 100 ml/3 fl oz honey
- 250 ml/9 fl oz sweet white wine
- Peel, core, dice the quinces and put them in a pan.
- Pour the wine and honey over the quinces, then simmer gently with the lid on for 30 minutes or until they are soft.
- Transfer the quinces to a blender and puree.
- Pour the quince puree into individual glass bowls. You can chill this puree in the fridge.
