Sauce for eggs

This is a general sauce which can be used for method of preparing eggs
  • 4 oz (100g) shelled pine kernels
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Pinch of lovage
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) vinegar
  • Soak the pine kernels and let them dry.
  • Grind the pepper, lovage and pine kernels in a bowl until smooth.
  • Mix with honey and vinegar, and pour this sauce over the eggs.
