Cheese Sweetened with Honey

Ingredients
- ½ lb Cheese made from ewe's milk.
- Feta cheese is better.
- Honey
- Olive oil
- Garum to taste
- Pinch of ground coriander
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
Preparation
- Cut the cheese into squares and combine with the honey. Allow to sit for at least an hour.
- Lift the cheese from the honey and dress with the coriander, pepper, olive oil and the garum.
- Check the taste and if necessary sweeten by adding some of the honey marinade.
- This dish can be eaten with the fingers or the cheese can be put on thin toast squares.
